The problem
Training an ISO Auditor used to mean classrooms, fixed dates and paper registers. People who need the certification already have a job and must study when they can. The body issuing the certificate, though, has to prove that the minimum study time was respected and that the exam was really taken.
What we built
A fully online certified training platform, designed and built by Axialoop for Evalis and ESQCERT.
- Video lessons with avatars, produced from LLM-assisted scripts, speech synthesis and GPU-generated avatars: a new course does not need a recording studio.
- Compliant time tracking: the platform records the minimum study time and the quizzes in an audit log that cannot be edited.
- Exam and certificate: after passing the exam, learners get a provisional certificate at once; the accredited one follows the body's review.
- Public verification: anyone can check a certificate by its number or QR code.
- Companies: a company invites its employees, buys courses for them and gets volume discounts automatically.
- Assistant: a chatbot answers course questions from the teaching material (RAG on pgvector).
The stack
Next.js 16 and React 19, better-auth, Drizzle on Supabase Postgres with Row Level Security, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare Stream and R2 for video, Azure OpenAI and Azure Speech, Resend for email, Sentry for errors, Vercel for hosting.
Where it stands
Live since June 2026, on sale since July. The catalogue has 18 courses, from ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001 to artificial intelligence and gender equality.
