The problem
Emissions inventories, sustainability reports, 231 compliance models, ISO 27001 Statements of Applicability: consulting firms still build them in spreadsheets and scattered templates, one client at a time. Every document starts from scratch, data is copied by hand from file to file, and at audit time nobody can say which version is the right one.
What we built
Software, built by Axialoop for Evalis, where the method lives inside the product.
- 14 guided paths in three groups (Sustainability, Compliance, Management systems): ISO 14064-1 GHG inventory, GRI and VSME sustainability reports, UNI CEI EN 16247 energy audits, Model 231, ISO 37001, NIS2, SA8000, the ISO 27001 Statement of Applicability and more.
- Every step knows what the standard asks for. Calculations run on their own and data is shared across paths: the emissions section of the report reads the company's own GHG inventory directly.
- Immutable versions: a published document is frozen into a snapshot with its typeset PDF, verifiable by anyone through a public code.
- Built for consulting firms: one consultant manages a portfolio of client companies, each with its own file.
The stack
Next.js 16 in TypeScript, Supabase Postgres with multi-tenant Row Level Security, Drizzle ORM, Better Auth with organizations, Stripe with phased subscriptions and Stripe Tax, server-side PDFs rendered with Chromium, Sentry in the EU region, Vercel. Over 1,700 automated Vitest tests, plus end-to-end checks with Playwright.
