What it does
ISO Nexus reads the whole audit document pack, scans and spreadsheets included, and writes the evidence report. Then it reads the pack again clause by clause, compares registers and records and proposes nonconformities, each with the file and page it comes from. The auditor confirms, deletes or edits every finding; only then is the checklist filled in on their own template.
